We’ll pick you up in the airport and take you to the hotel. Alongside the introduction of the group, as team we will all perform the cross check of gear and supplies. Hotel: Atacama Suites or similar.
Due the height we’ll be exposed, it’s important to optimize the oxygen absorption and consumption inside the body. This is what we call the Acclimatize Process. We’ll begin by sleeping in Valle Chico this night, at 3050 meters above sea level. Sleep in Mountain Tents.

Full Day ascent to 7 Hermanos summit, at 4780 meters above sea level. Sleep in Mountain Tents.
Exploration continues in a new spot: We will move from Laguna Santa Rosa to Laguna Verde, located at 4340 meters above sea level, where we’ll place our Base Camp. Sleep in Mountain Tents.
Full Day ascent to Mulas Muertas summit, at 5800 meters above sea level. Rest of the day we’ll rest at Laguna Verde. Sleep in Mountain Tents.
We’ll move by vehicle from Laguna Verde to Atacama Refuge, at 5270 meters above sea level. At this place we start the last stage of the expedition. Sleep in Mountain Tents.
Every member of the expedition will help in carrying part of the common gear and supplies to Tejos Refuge, at 5825 meters above sea level, we will rest for a while before descent to Atacama Refuge. This will help us to acclimate. Sleep in Mountain Tents.

We’ll start early in the morning towards the summit, at 6893 meters above sea level. We’ll have to do a small rock climbing to get to the summit. Once there, we’ll have some minutes to enjoy the prize of an amazing view, to then start the descent. Energy recovery and sleep at Tejos refuge. Sleep in Mountain Tents.
We’ll start our way back to Copiapó, by carrying all the used gear and equipment to our vehicle. Sleep in Atacama Suites hotel or similar.
