The whole city under a starred sky

If there’s any activity you must do at least once in life, it’s is definitely watching the sunset at the top of a hill. While enjoying our courtesy snack, look how the sun comes down and Santiago’s nightlife wakes up, under a starred sky.

Meet us at 19:15 o’clock outside Juan Valdez coffee shop in Los Trapenses Shopping Mall. After a little Team introduction, we will head towards the starting point, where the guide in charge will give a brief speech about times, information and some other important details.

Then we’ll start our trekking. While we get inside the Manquehuito path, one of our guides will talk about Central Chile Nature conditions, explaining flora and fauna highlights, alongside weather, topography, etc.

After 1-hour walking, we’ll be arriving at Manquehuito’s summit, where a catholic cross and Santiago city at our feet will be the protagonists for the next 30 minutes.

Our courtesy snack is the final touch to make this sunset unforgettable. Enjoy Santiago city lights as they start shining, and first night stars show up over a full colored sky. Enjoy Andes mountain range and Chile’s capital surroundings as sunlight leaves behind Shore Mountain Range peaks.

After sunset, we will begin our descent with the headlamps provided, while the path is drawn by moonlight, and the hill looks lonely. Finally, we’ll get to our starting point, to head towards our home after this great experience.
