When making the reservation / request for an activity the buyer will receive an email with an attached voucher confirming your request / reservation. Once confirmed, the charge will be charged to the credit card and the voucher will be sent to the buyer’s email, confirming the reservation. If there is no availability, the reservation will be canceled and no charge will be made on the buyer’s credit card. Along with this, an email will be sent informing the non-availability on the selected date.
The main passenger of the reservation is presented with the voucher confirming your reservation, which can be presented in digital format on your mobile phone. Along with this, if there is a balance to be paid, you must pay the amount that corresponds directly to the operator through the means of payment that the latter defines as accepted.
